Kumer has substantial experience of advising and representing businesses and individuals in his specialist fields. Kumer graduated from the University of Oxford and after completing the Solicitors Final Examination at the College of Law in York, trained at Pinsent & Co (now Pinsent Masons). After qualifying as Solicitor, Kumer has worked in Yorkshire ever since, including as Partner at another local firm.
Kumer has an excellent record of achieving successful outcomes for both local and nationally based clients at competitive cost. He quickly grasps the issues and provides prompt and effective advice at the outset, followed by skilful and relentless representation in order to pursue his client’s interests. Where possible his aim is to recover legal costs incurred by the client from the opponent.
